Meet Lea
Hi! My name is Lea, l am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Functional Blood Chemistry Specialist (FBCS), lover of Jesus, and passionate advocate for real, whole foods. My faith in Christ is the foundation of everything I do, including my approach to health and healing. In February 2023, I earned my NTP certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association, equipping me to help others reclaim their health through a foundational and bio-individual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness.
In today’s age, we are engulfed with fad diets, nutrition trends, and overwhelming amounts of information on what’s “right” or “wrong”. I’ve been there—navigating gut barrier issues, blood sugar crashes, and hormone imbalances while searching for real answers. Everything changed when I came across the work of Dr. Weston Price in 2021! I realized how simple nutrition can be and I decided to get back to my wild roots. If you’re ready to reclaim your health naturally and align your wellness with God’s design, you’re in the right place!
What Does an NTP Do?
The focus of a NTP to help support individuals’ health and vitality through individualized holistic nutrition and lifestyle factors, as well as supporting nutritional and physiological deficiencies. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I assess and address key foundations of health, including:
Digestive function – ensuring your gut is absorbing nutrients properly.
Blood sugar regulation – balancing energy levels and preventing crashes.
Fatty acid balance – optimizing healthy fats for brain and hormone health.
Mineral and hydration status – ensuring your body is properly fueled.
Lifestyle factors – addressing stress, sleep, movement, and environment.
Together, we’ll create a personalized wellness plan using a nutrient-dense diet, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation to get to the root cause of your symptoms—not just mask them. By returning to the foundations of true nourishment, we’ll work to restore balance and vitality so you can thrive in the body God designed for you.
